My Hero Academia Season 7 Release Date Announced

Fans of the popular anime series "My Hero Academia" can now mark their calendars for May 4, as the seventh season of the show is set to premiere on that date. The upcoming season will cover several arcs from the manga, including the "Star and Stripe," "U.A. Traitor," and the first parts of the "Final War."

The trailer for Season 7 showcases scenes from the upcoming episodes, featuring Deku reuniting with his friends and training under the watchful eye of All-Might. Meanwhile, heroes like Endeavor, Hawks, and Best Jeanist continue their battle against villains wreaking havoc in the city. The clip also reveals Shigaraki sporting his new All for One look.

Season 7 will see the introduction of Star and Stripe, the top hero in America, who comes to confront Tomura Shigaraki at the request of All Might. The students at U.A. High and the remaining Pro Heroes are getting ready for the big showdown against the villains from the Paranormal Liberation Front.

However, things get complicated when one of Izuku's classmates is exposed as a traitor. As the young heroes grapple with the idea of saving villains, the Pro Heroes decide to split up and defeat them, sparking a war between the two sides that will determine the fate of the world.

The English subbed version of Season 7 will air on Crunchyroll, while various other seasons of the anime are also available on Netflix in some regions. The anime adaptation, produced by Bones, began in April 2016 and has enjoyed a successful six-season run, receiving positive reviews for its technical proficiency, colorful animation, and high-quality voice work.
